Description: At the Speed Training Institute, our speed training programs are for serious athletes and are designed to give athletes ages 10-18 that extra edge in speed. Our Speed ProgramTM was developed by Brahim Chhab, a world-class runner in the Brahim developed a Speed Program for the Men’s Soccer team at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the summer of 2003 and the results were remarkable! Nowadays speed is becoming increasingly more important in amateur and professional sports. All our programs contain the elements from our SPEED PROGRAM. While we believe high school athletes are of the best age for speed development, we also run programs for middle school and younger aged athletes. We offer four types of Speed Training programs:
