A Place For Kids to Explore Outdoors!
With more than 2,300 acres of lakes, forests and farmland, the W. Alton Jones Campus Environmental Education Center offers a big backyard suitable for year-round learning, exploration, adventure and fun. We have a 75-acre lake, extensive hiking trails, wildflower meadows and a number of streams and ponds. There is also a historical farm and a replica Native American shelter and living area. With all of this to offer, everyone enjoying camp at Alton Jones will get a hands-on experience, while taking away unique and individual memories. At Alton Jones we balance teaching and learning with community and fun.
